After the concert season ends, you have the option to renew your seats from the previous season or change your subscription to different seats before the next season’s enrollment period for new subscribers begins.

LOST TICKETS
Should you misplace your tickets, we will provide you with a replacement voucher. Call us at 831.462.0553 x10 by Friday, 4 PM, prior to the concert weekend. Your replacement tickets will be available at will-call.
can't attend?
Notify us of your inability to attend a concert, and we will gratefully make use of your tickets. You will also receive a tax-deductible donation receipt when your tickets are returned at least 48 hours prior to the concert.
ticket exchange
Season ticket holders can exchange tickets between the Civic and Mello concerts in any regular-season concert set. Mail or bring your tickets to the Symphony office by the end of the day on Tuesday prior to concert weekend, and your tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call on concert day.
