Volunteers help us at the concerts with various tasks such as ushering, taking tickets, and passing out programs. Volunteers are entitled to one complimentary ticket to the concert they are volunteering at as a thank you! We also train volunteer docents to accompany Symphony musicians into elementary school classrooms to help teach children about classical music, and ask for volunteers to help at our yearly youth concerts as well.

Please note that the majority of volunteers for our classical concerts at the Civic in Santa Cruz on Saturday evenings are coordinated through the CitySERVE program. You can learn more about how to sign up for that HERE.
